Houthi missile dropped in Saada

The Alliance supporting legitimacy in yemeninformed press that on Friday a ballistic missile fired by the pro-Iranian Houthi militia from Amran province fell in the northern province of Saada.

The joint command of the Arab coalition, said that the Houthis fired a ballistic missile from the Directorate of Harf Sufyan in Amran province.

Houthi militias have been firing rockets and drones into populated civilian areas in the south of the kingdom, but the Arab coalition has succeeded in intercepting most of them.

Some Houthi projectiles landed on civilian facilities and caused civilian casualties, as happened at the Abha International Airport Terminal in June, drawing Arab and international condemnation.

On Thursday, Coalition spokesman Colonel Turki al-Maliki announced the interception and downing of a drone fired by Iranian-backed terrorist Houthi militias towards civilian objects in Khamis Mushayt.
