After Kidnapped Patient Found Dead MSF Hospital Suspends Activity
According to the medical relief organization Medecins Sans Frontieres has stopped work at its hospital in the Yemen port city of Aden after the kidnapping and killing of one of its patients.
Aden, which is in southern Yemen, falls under the jurisdiction and power of President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi, supported by the Saudi-led military alliance, while Iran-affiliates Houthi forces rule the capital Sanaa in the roughly four-year conflict that has killed tens of thousands of people.
On Wednesday, the organization stated on its Twitter account stated they are anxious about the decline of security in #Aden and its result on the medical activities, for both patients as well as staffs’ whose lives are threatened by these incidents.
