Citizens in Capital of Sanaa do what they can to express optimism for future

February 23, 2019

The citizens in the capital of Sanaa did whatever they could in order to express optimism for their nation in its future outcomes. The Yemeni Civil War began in 2015 when the Iran-backed Houthi rebels who were unhappy with the transition of power from longtime authoritarian President Ali Abdullah Saleh to his deputy Abdrabbuh Mansour Hadi took over Sana’a and other areas of the country. The war has led the country to fall in the worst humanitarian crisis.
