KSA Program for Reconstruction of Yemen exposed in the UN General Assembly
The Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen participated on the sidelines of the 74th session of the United Nations General Assembly, under the chairmanship of the Program Supervisor, Ambassador Mohammed Al Jaber
The participation of the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen included the holding of an exhibition at the United Nations Headquarters in New York to introduce the program and its development efforts in Yemen.
The delegation of the participating program gave a presentation to visitors on the development and reconstruction projects in Yemen to many political and diplomatic figures and representatives of international missions in the United Nations General Assembly, and to a number of television channels and media.
The exhibition used virtual reality technology (VR), which presented visual and live materials for the program projects in the Yemeni governorates, which supported seven vital sectors in Yemen: health sector, education sector, electricity and energy sector, agriculture and fisheries sector, water sector, and road sector. Ports, airports, and government buildings.
The exhibition includes videos from Emaar Yemen projects, a group of pictures of children benefiting from the education sector, as well as pictures of beneficiaries in all age groups of the program development projects, which have had a positive impact on the livelihood of Yemeni citizens, and contributed to the strengthening of the Yemeni economy and employment of the Yemeni labor force.
