Landmine Blast takes life of a girl in southern Yemen
A government official reported about the death of a young girl in a landmine blast in southern province of Lahj in Yemen. The landmine explosion killed a girl and also seriously wounded another. The explosion was caused when both the children were passing through the dirt road in the Shuayb village of the Lahj Province. This region is controlled by the Saudi backed Yemeni government. The village was previously under the control of the Houthi militants and they had planted mines in various places before they left.
