Princess Rima bint Bandar: Saudi Arabia has fulfilled its commitments to Yemen
Saudi Ambassador to Washington Princess Rima bint Bandar bin Sultan announced that the Kingdom has fulfilled its obligations towards Yemen and will continue in this regard.
“Saudi Arabia has fulfilled its pledge and provided $ 500 million to the UN program at the Yemen donors’ conference,” she added in a tweet on her Twitter account.”We will continue to work with our partners to ensure that the humanitarian needs of our Yemeni neighbours are met.”
Saudi aid to Yemen from May 2015 to the end of 2018 totaled $ 14.5 billion, according to the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center.
