The UAE Red Crescent offers new food convoys to the Durahmi, Khawkha and Mouazziih families

The United Arab Emirates Red Crescent Society (RCRC) sent a new food aid convoys to the people of the Ghalifqa district of Al Durahami Directorate and the residents of Al- Nukhia and Al-Nukhia Departments, as part of humanitarian assistance and ongoing initiatives and activities in all liberated directorates in the West Coast.
The convoys included 1,600 food baskets, which benefited more than 9600 people.
The representative of the UAE Red Crescent, in the West Coast, said that the UAE attaches great importance to providing all the basic needs of the Yemeni families along the West Coast. Stressing the commitment of the “Red
Crescent”, to complete the normalization of conditions and improve the living conditions of Yemeni citizens in the West Coast, through the implementation of more projects and humanitarian initiatives and services, development and
social programs to meet their needs.
Beneficiaries praised the support of the United Arab Emirates, which help and save the directorates of Durahmi, Al-Nukha and Al-Awazia, and the rest of the liberated West Coast directorates. They stressed that food aid distributed by the “Crescent” teams today to the people of Glefqa, Al-Nukhia, and Al-Awazia comes within the framework of continuous distributions that fully cover their
basic needs, alleviate their suffering and help them to cope with the bad conditions in Yemen.
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has distributed more than 83,000 integrated food baskets to more than 581,000 people since the beginning of the year 2019 until the middle of June, Distributed in 9 directorates (Door, Macha, Piza, mouazziih, khawkha, Altaitha, Hayes, Aldrehami,).
