Turkish aid agency delivers water tankers to families in Yemen
A Turkish humanitarian aid agency has delivered about 1000 water tankers to the needy and the worn out families in Yemen. It is an Istanbul based Humanitarian Relief foundation and in a statement it said that the area in which it distributed water was the area where the Yemenis found it difficult to get fresh and clean water because of the drought conditions and also for the ongoing civil war. The Turkish aid agency has been carrying out its humanitarian activities in Yemen since the first day of the crisis and it has delivered emergency aids to over 340,000 people in the previous year. It has provided four million liters of water for supporting the drinking water needs of families in Yemen for a month.
