UN Cements Peace Deal with Yemen creating breakthrough to avoid battles
Martin Griffiths, the special envoy of the United Nations to Yemen was on a one day visit to the rebel held capital of Yemen in Sanaa. In his visit he confirmed and cemented a peace deal that was decided in Stockholm last year in the month of December. This deal is a major breakthrough in the war stricken city and also a good way of staying away from war. Not only so but the deal will also serve as a major lifeline for allowing entry to the humanitarian aids and the other commercial imports in the besieged country.
