Yemeni government cooperate with KSA to restore stability in Aden
Yemeni Ambassador to the European Union, Mohamed Taha Mustafa, discussed on Friday evening with Pedro Serrano, Deputy Secretary General of the European Union for Security and Defense Affairs in the External Labor Organization.
The ambassador reviewed the developments in Yemen and the government’s efforts regarding the peace process and the implementation of the Stockholm agreement as a key step to build confidence and peace, amid the continued intransigence of the Houthi militia and its refusal to abide by what it signed.
The Yemeni ambassador said that the government is working with the brothers in Saudi Arabia to restore the situation and stability in Aden.
For his part, the Deputy Secretary-General of the European Union stressed the continued support of the European Union for the peace efforts of the UN envoy Martin Griffiths, as well as support for the security, stability, unity and territorial integrity of Yemen.
