Yemeni security seized drugs before it reaches the Houthis
The security services in the province of Al-Jouf, northeast of Yemen, on Monday, seized quantities of cannabis drug, thatwas on its way to the Houthi militias.
The Yemeni army website quoted a security source saying that a security point seizedin the road between the provinces of Al-Jawf and Hadramout, a truck carrying 295 kilograms of drugs.
He explained that the quantities of hashish were on their way to the theHouthisterrorists , in the capital Sana’a.
the Yemeni security services, frequently seize large shipments of hashish and drugs on the way to the provinces under the control of the Houthis, amid intelligence information confirmed the involvement of the Iranian regime in it.
Earlier, Yemeni authorities destroyed tons of drug cannabis after sporadic arrests of smuggling gangs belonging to the Huthi militia, which used drug trade to fund its war effort.
